Terms and Conditions of Bookings

Session Fees

• Portrait sessions (babies, families, couples, children) are $275 for at-home and on location outdoor bookings. 
• Neither digital files nor prints are included with your session fee but are available separately for purchase and included with some collections.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers: the total value includes our standard session fee ($275) and specified credit towards your order.
• Only one gift voucher can be used per family (extended families of up to 15 are included unless otherwise specified).
• Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other gift certificate, promotion, discount or special offer.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used for a special projects, as these projects come with their own amazing specials.
• Gift vouchers may only be used for the exact items outlined on the card and not transferred to, or combined with any other package or promotion. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift vouchers must be registered before use and booked by the expiry date on the card. The session can take place up to three months after this date.
• A $99 deposit is required to hold your date and this is returned to you at your purchasing appointment.
• Your physical voucher does not have to be presented in order for the client to use the gift voucher amount.

Booking and Cancellations

• The session fee must be paid in full to secure your date
• We have strict cancellation policies for portrait sessions and purchasing appointments, and non-compliance can result in loss of gift voucher value.
• By booking a portrait session with Hills Portrait Studio, you acknowledge on behalf of all participants that Hills Portrait Studio retains the copyright to all images created (this does not include consent for us to use your images for marketing, that is something you may decide on after you view your photos.)
